High School Parent Info!

We have good news from the Girl’s Athletic Union. We will be hosting 2 Regional VB matches at Woodward in our new gym. This allows our team to play at home for the first two games of the tournament and our Juniors to make more money on their concessions stands for those two nights. Hats off to everyone in the community that has help to make this possible!

We have been adding technology to the new rooms at the High School; from overhead projectors to 37” flat Screen TVs to IPOD Touches for the science labs. Again hopefully making our education state of the art going into the 21 Century.

Oct. 9th HS Ineligibility Grade Check

7:30 VFB @ HOME - Guthrie Center - (reminder that 9th grade game was cancelled due to low numbers) – SENIOR NIGHT!!!

There will be a Groundbreaking ceremony for the Hawk Stadium on Friday, Oct. 9th, immediately following the Varsity Football game. The Hawk Stadium committee would like the W-G Youth, Junior High, & High School Football teams along with the Junior High and High School Track teams, Cheerleaders, and Academy athletes to join us on the field. A bonfire will follow at the east end of the track just outside the football field.
